Turner Supervisor of the Town of ttebron, said nomination was seconded fcy Supervisor Wright and there being •o further nominations, the said H. M. Turner was declared unanimously sleeted chairman for the ensuing year. The records of the last meeting were read and on motion approved. It was moved by -Supervisor Wright that the same rules adopted by the board for the management of the business of the County for last year be adopted by the 7"• vlioard as the rules to govern its action .• • . fbr this year; that the same committees •nd the same number on each committee - %e selected as^he working force of this ||oard for the current year said motion -faa seconded by, Supervisor Harrison •nd duly carried. Mrs. Spauldlng of Ringwood appeared before ' the board and stated that she }iad been assessed on a certain mortgage ^ . by the board of review of last year, that during the month of March last, the property covered by said mortgage had fceen sold under foreclosure proceedings Instituted by her and by her bid in at an ; 4monnt about $1300.00 less that the Amount of her loan including costs and taxes paid by her, and asked that a portion of the turn paid by her be ro- > turned to her. After discussion it was / (hoved by Supervisor Wright that the fatter be laid on the table, said motion <ras seconded by Supervisor Haeger and parried.
