Ford Price 28 RABBITS AND PHEASANTS The hunting season for rabbits opens on Saturday, Nov. 10 and many hunters in this vicinity are anxiously awaiting their first trip to the woods and fields where the rabbits seem quite plentiful this year. The season closes Jan. 31. The squirrel season is also open and will close on Dec. 1. Fifteen rabbits a day and ten squirrels a day is the legal limit for one person. The pheasant season also opens on Nov. 10 and continues for five days until Nov. 15 with two cocks being the daily limit per person. NEIGHBORHOOD BUNCO CLUB The members of the Neighborhood Bunco club gathered at the home of Mrs. John P. Freund on Wednesday afternoon of last week where a feu social hours were spent at playing bunco with the first prize going to Mrs. John Schaid, Jr., the second to Mrs. Jensen, the third to Mrs. Martin F. HAG SEWING DEE Mrs. John Fay entertained a few ladies at a carpet-ra& sewing bee at her home Thursday afternoon. Good progress was made in the work which will be continued in order to make rag rugs which will be on sale at the bazaar and chicken dinner at the K. C. hall on Dec. 8.
