ATTONTION If the parents showed aa much interest in Scouting by appearing at the meetings, as the Scouts do, we would have very nearly an Immaculate troop record. Out of a possible thirty-one Scouts, twenty-nine were present. People: Something fs attracting these boy*- to the meetings. Men: Show your boys what good sports you are and come out to these meetings And find what the attractions are. Last meeting a short but interesting patrol meeting was held by each Patrol Leader. Plans for a hike and a little study for a quiz on "First Aid" and "Oath and Law" were conducted by the patrol leader. The quiz was conducted by Assistant Scoutmaster A. J. Wirt*. Upon completion of the above, Scoutmaster Schoenholt* ordered all lights to be extinguished. Volunteer story-tellers then tried their vocal organs in the art of spooky .story telling. Some of the listeners have stated that the hair on the back of their necks hasn't settled yet. A game of Japanese Tag followed by a patrol stunt given by Sonny Johnson's patrol brought the meeting up to oar Indian scoutmaster's benediction. Parents, men and women, interested in scouting come to our next meeting and see what a "Spit-Fire" actor we're going to have on otsr next program. You owe it to yourselves as well as to the scouts to be there. At the grade school building, 7:30 p. m., until 9:00 p. m., Monday evening, Apr. 21, 1930. ' Be There!
