Some lawyers don't seem to know when they are beaten. Well, it won't be long now before Christmas. There will be many homes this year, due to conditions throughout the business world, that will not have the same Christmas spirit that they have been accustomed to enjoy. But Santa is going to have a lot more helpers this year, too, than usual. Thousands of people who have not been so hard hit by the depression^ are opening up their hearts "and their purses to relieve suffering, hundreds^ of charitable organizations are functioning as they never did before to bring the comforts of life to those who are among the unfortunates. The American people do not hesitate to help when they are made to see the light. Appeals are being made through the press and over the radio and the dollars are rolling in to help those who have been forced out of work. Christmas is a time of good cheer and this year may not be so hard after all. If you are one of the fortunate ones just^onsider yourself lucky and remember the other fellow wh® would like to enjoy Christmas ,iust as well as you.
