Purvey bf Crystal Lake entertained at a buffet supper in honor of her brother, Yeoman Gerald ,T. Miller, on Saturday, Nov. 25. "Jerry" left that same evening for the we?f coast after spending a ten-' day leave with his parents. For the past eighteen months he has been stationed in the administration building at Alameda. Calif. Present at the dinner besides those mentioned were Mrs, Gerald Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Miller, daughter, Terry, and Mrs. William Morgan. * * * > Family Reunited Thanksgiving Day This Thanksgiving Difty W*s really one for giving thanks, especially for the Joseph J. Miller family, which was one of the happiest in the community. For on Friday, November >17, Yeoman Gerald Miller -and his bride of one year, arrived home to spend a ten-day leave. Mrs. J. C. Purvey and children of Crystal Lake and Mr. and Mrs. William Morgan of Elkhorn. Wis., were also at borne, thus bringing all the members of the immediate family together for the firs't time in over two years. Mr. and Mrs. G. Kiddelsen of McCullom Lake were guests on the happy occasion. The only missing cog 4n the family wheel was Capt.
