This will be sponsored by the Lily Lake Beautifying club. w Tickets are now on sale for the mid-summer dance, given by the Teen-Agers, at Club Lilymoor on August 3. Saturday evening saw the first of Lily Lake's many summer parties held. This^ was given as a surprise on Kenny Thomson. The hostesses were Mrs. Thomson, Patricia Gilmore and Rosemary Blanchar. The evening was filled with merriment as the many guests enjoyed, outdoor dancing, a light luncheon ana a bonfire rally. As last Sunday afternoon passed by cars were seen driving down to the Vachet residence. There was a bit more activity than usual, so an investigation was surely in order. I found that the friends and relatives of the Vachet's had gotten together and thrown a surprise picnic on the folks. This was the way Mr. and Mrs. Post Vachet celebrated their wedding anniversary.
