C., smarting under the two defeats administered by the McHeiiry team last season, will display a taller, faster and higher scoring agregation in an attempt to avenge last years double setback. The team, representing the K. of C. Council No. 776, is composed entirely of World War II veterans, and with one exception, Ben Kausal, who starred for St. Ambrose College, Ddvenport, la., all are former St. Mary's high school luminaries. In kerning with the times, the K. C.'s will stress height. With Larry Huck at center, sealing 6' 4", Ben Kausal and Jim Kuppe at the forward posts, and Ftank Dittberner and Eddie Buckley at the guard positions, the starting lineup averages 6' 1". The squad is well fortified in reserve strength with such sharpshooters as Pat Buckley, Joe Thiede and Bob Conway on for heavy duty.
