The exact ranges are unknown to the bowmen and poor estimation plus mental hazards will cause many a singing cedar shaft to plow into the "butts" or to get smashed piling up against a tree trunk, i Undoubtedly some scooters, | women and men alike, will climb | a few trees to recover arrows stuck fast in the limbs. Hazards, mental as well as real,! will haunt these sportsmen who get from this the practice they need for the real thing some day in the big woods.
