Mrs. Blake died at the Woodstock hospital last Friday evening lifter undergoing surgery earlier "tu the week. Survivors include her •idower, Math Blake; a daughter, Sirs. Irvin Schmitt, and three Sons, Alvin, Roy and Charles. «• Funeral Servicers were held at t. Mary's church Monday at 10 a.m. Interment was at St. Mary's Cemetery. The McHenry Bible church continues to grow. Again there were new ones among us. For those of you who could not be with us last Sunday evening, we must say you really missed' a full treat of music and singing, with Pastor Mayfield leading a fine grout of talented young people from Grace Missionary church in Zion. Next Sunday evening the Neal Biehl family from Belmont Heights Free church in Chicago will be singing for us. The worship service fci the morning will be conducted with the regular monthly communion service. The newest addition to pur meetings will be the inaugural service for young people at 7 p.m. this coming Sunday. During the remaining Wednesdays in February we shall be studying the Harmony bf the Gospels. After prayer and bible study on the fifteenth, which iHll be from 7:30 to 8 p.m., our Valentine party will be held. Previously, it was announced the Youth for Christ rally, Saturday, Feb. 11, would be held at the church. Instead we shall meet in the McHenry high school auditorium at 7:45 p.m. on the above date.
