It is better to add dry ingredients lightly on top of egg mixture while folding gently. The idea is to blend all together thoroughly without losing any off the air that has been beaten Into the eggs. Turn hi to a very large, ungreased angel cake pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Raise temperature to 375 and bake for 10 minutes longer. If batter fills pan more than 3/4 full, bake surplus in a bread pan. Press cake lightly with finger after removing from oven. If depression remains return to oven for 10 minutes longer. Invert pan over cake rack and let stand till cool. Loosen lightly .with spatula, remove center of pan and turn cake out on large cake plate. Keep in covered cane dish until ready to use. Cut cake in half horizontally and p&ce sliced sugered berries between layers a-ad on top. Spread whippc j cream between layers and on top also.
