Wisconsin on Tuesday night of last week for their first Swani basketball game of the season. When the shooting was over, Burlington had the victory, 43-31. It is nice to report that the Mc-v Henry boys started out like champions and were in the lead 9 to 8 at the close of the first quarter. Andreas got 5 points in this period to lead the way. The second quarter found the Burlington boys hitting stride and the Warriors making mistakes, especially in the art of passing. On a comparatively narrow floor, the Burlington team used a zone defense to advantage. Anything but a bounce pass was suicide and the Warriors weren't breaking fast enough to get into scoring position before the defense was set. It was in the second quarter that Seigler began to click on his way to scoring a game total of 17 points. While Burlington maintained a comfortable lead throughout the last half, the Warriors tore into their uphill fight with plenty of Early Birds -- McHenry Cab, 2; Old Bridge, 1. JL Oxtoby, 420; B.
