LOCAL LEGION, II PS AUXILIARY PLAN THERAPY PROGRAM Rehabilitation chairmen of the American Legion and auxiliary of McHenry, H. J. Saynor, Sr., and Miriam Miller, have offered to present an occupational therapy program for the disabled veterans at Downey P.A. hospital besides their regular monthly program ,which is held the first Thursday of every month. Contact has been made with the special service officer of Downey hospital Thursday, May 13, has been act aside for the program. Arrangements are being made by the chairmen to have the champion square dance orchestra to furnish the music for the evening, arid also obtain the services of a local Square Dance club to assist in teaching the patients to square dance, as part of occupational therapy. Besides music and dancing, re-, freshments will bo seived by the post and auxiliary. The American Legion and aux* iliary of McHenry have taken a very active part in rehabilitation programs for the disabled veterans in V.A. hospitals.
