COOKS CORNER Veal is used much, less frequently than beef or pork but we find it a delightful dietary change now and then. There are many ways to prepare veal. A veal roast is always good but if you are trying veal on someone who thinks he doesn't like veal wo suggest buying just a slice from the leg and prepa^ng it in this manner to introduce something new in the menu. This would be especially good on some cool evening when the family is tired of "light summer fare."
