To save some of that time and energy, think carefully about where your supplies are stored, says -Miss Virginia Guthrie, member of the University of Illinois home management staff. Be sure that each piece of equipment and every ingredient in your kitchen is stored where it is first used. Your flour sifter hi in the mixing center, ni the stove. Your soap pow detergent needs ^jto be near th& sink, not in the center. However, you may t h a t y o u ' l l w a n t s o m e t h i n g f e w two or more places. T For instance, you might nee* the salt at the stove just a* often as you need it in the mix-" ing center. And you may want to have a, tray at the mixing center on which to assemble yoUr ingredients, one at the sink on which to stack the dirty dishes and still another near the stove to use in carrying hot foods to the1 table. Cadillac has written a whole new chapter for the book defining motor car performance, and he's taking an hour to find out what it says. And it says plenty--of very great importance. First of all, it tells you what it's like to have command of a 250-horsepower engine that's as smooth as velvet, and so quick and eager that you have to educate your driving toe all over again. It tells you what it's like to have virtually every trace of unevenness in the highway completely eliminated before it is even noticeable to driver or to passengers. And it tells you what it's like to relax amidst upholstery fabrics that are found nowhere else, save in the 1955 Cadillac-- not even in the finest clubs or hotels. All thi s is to say, of course, that Cadillac has made another tremendous advance in design and engineering--so great, in fact, th^t only a drive and a personal inspection can let you realize its significance. And, naturally, in addition to all that i<f new--there is yet greater emphasis on all the long-existing Cadillac virtues: -- the endurance that enables a Cadillac owner to keep his car just as long as he elects to do so . . . and toith complete confidence in its dependability-- --the amazing economy of operation and upkeep tain tna { c to Himself ! which causes many owners to mainat it is the most economical car on the American highway-- the great personal satisfaction that omes from owning a car which is recognized, wherever highways lead, as the Standard of the World. We cordially invite you to come in-- today--to see and drive this wonderful, wonderful car. There are eight models--in four different series--including the sensational Eldorado. There is one to please you--exactly. And we think you'll be surprised and delighted at how little it costs, in comparison with lesser cars.
