Palmer of Wooded Shores, Wonder Lake, are proud of their new great-grandd aughter, named Claudia for Mrs. Palmer. * Claudia Lynn Peek was born March 6 at Woodlawn hospital, Chicago, and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Peek of Park Forest. They also have a son, aged 4, whose name is John Carlton. The Palmers are also great-gTandparents for Leslie Rae Barnings, 3, and Penni Lee Earnings, 6 months old, of Rt. 3, McHenry. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thompson are the parents of a son, born March 12 at Memorial hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Cristy of Wonder Lake are the parents of a daughter, born March 10 at Memorial hospital, Woodstock. The twin daughters born to Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Pintozzi of Lakeland Park on March 3 have been named Deborah Ann and Donna Lynn. They were born March 3 at Memorial hospital. The March meeting of the Community P.T.A. will be held in the high SQhool N cafeteria on Thursday, March 24, at 8:15 o'clock, it promises to be a meeting of interest, highlighted by the election of officers. Parents will be entertained by the students of the second grade, who will offer folk dances, coached by Mis. Henry Reese and Mrs. Kohl. The junior high chorus, under direction of Paul Raasch, will sing a cantata, "The Childhood of Hiawatha." There' will also be a short film of interest to both children and adults. At Orchard Beach, Mrs. Catherine Beller told authorities a radio was stolen from her car, which was parked near her home. The car was locked but the lock was said to have been picked and bolts holding the radio loosened. It was valued at seventy- five dollars. In Wonder Lake, the home formerly occupied by John O'Halleran was broken into, articles valued at twenty-five dollars were taken and vandalism committed. O'Halleran had moved from his house the previous week and had returned to get a few remaining articles. Missing were a victrola, table radio, German pistol and ladder. Mr. and Mrs. Joe W. Wagner and Mrs. Eleanor Young visited Fred Schoewer at Victory Memorial hospital, Waukegan, Sunday afternoon. He expects to return home next Monday. ( Mr. and Mrs. John Sullivan of Woodstock visited their mother, Mrs. John Sullivan, Sunday.
