Carl L.Obitz, pastor, officiated at the wedding, which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kurbyun of Lilymoor and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dickerson of Davenport, Iowa. v The bride was lovely in a floor' length dress of white lace,' with satin underskirt, styled with full skirt. Her fingertip veil fell from a pearl tiara and she carried a colonial bouquet of white mums centered by aji orchid. Miss Joanne Smith, a close friend, acted as rriaid of honor, wearing a ballerina length gown of burnt orange crystal^tte. She had a matching headpiece and carried yellow and white mums. Linda Hicks of Joh^isburg, a friend, and June Diedrich, a cousin, were the bridesmaids, attired similarly to Miss Smith but in gowns of brown crystalette. It will be entitled "The Characters of Christmas Meet. Christ" and all departments of the school will be participating.
