The baby was premature and weighed in at about three pounds. Mother and baby are doing well. Last week, a bundle of joy and -happiness--arrived--to--Mr:--and Mrs. Les Krieger, Jr., formerly of Lakemoor. Mr. Wade is just recently home from the hospital and is very haippy to be home. He is feeling much better. We were sorry to hear Lena Parratore had an accident last week. While lighting the oven, the stove exploded and burned her right hand and her face around one eye. A speedy recovery is wished for you. Birthday's Rita Bryan was 6 years old last week. Roy Erickson will celebrate his birthday on March 12. Barbara and Carol Erickson Were 7 years old on March 1. Attending their birthday party on Saturday were Gene and Jimmy Bolda, Guy, Cookie, Dolly and Slugger Pettalero, Ricky Foss, Burke Romkowske, Linda Wrublewski and Katharine Brzezinski. The children enjoyed birthday cake, candy and ice cream, and games were played. A surprise birthday party was enjoyed by Angeline Parratore and Judy Hans at the high school cafeteria last wefek.
