(d) And forty cents (40c) per each 1,000, gallons used each quarter in excess of 60.000 gallons. (e) The minimum -quarterly charge shall be four dollars ($4.00) for 1hre<^(3) months. Section 2. There shall be and there are hereby established rates or charges for the use and service of the sewerage system of the City of McHenry, as follows: Breweries and greenhouses shall pay ten per cent of their gross water charge with a minimum charge of three dollars per quarter. Other industries employing twenty persons or more, hotels containing six or more rooms to let, and schools shall pay twenty per cent of their gross water charge with a minimum charge of three dollars per quarter. The City of McHenry for public builqi'ngs, parks, public property and general use of the sewerage system shall pay the sum of twenty-five dollars per month. Users of the sewerage system who are residents of the City during the summer months only shall pay ?n annual service charge of five dollars, payable on the first day of July of each year. All other users of the sewerage system shall pay the sum of one dollar twenty cents per month. That, in addition to the above service charges, there shall be charged^ for each connection made to the sewerage system of the city after the completion of the improvements and extensions, a connection charge as follows: - For sewer connections made within one year $1.00. For sewer connections made within two years $2.00. For sewer connections made within three years $3.00. For sewer connections made within four years $4.00. For sewer connections made at any time after four years $5.00. If at any time the rates of charges herein fixed shall not be sufficient to pay the cost ot operating and maintaining the sewerage system, provide an adequate depreciation fund, and to pay the principal of and interest upon all the waterworks and sewerage revenue bonds issued by the City of McHenry which may be then outstanding, the city council shall forthwith men concerning Elm Street as it extends from Richmond Road to the Fox River Bridge; and WHEREAS, it is a condition of the joint City- State Improvement Agreement that the City of McHenry put into effect an ordinance requiring all vehicle parking to be parallel with the curb along Elm Street from Richmond Road to the Fox River Bridge in order that traffic and parking may be most expediently controlled in the interests of public safety: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry that Article 5 of Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry be amended to include therein the following: 470 (a) Parking at curb - Elm Street from Richmond Road east to Fox River Bridge. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to stand or park on Elm Street, from Richmond Road east to the Fox River Bridge, shall not be discharged into any storm sewer constructed under the said City-State Improvement Agreement: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry that Article 2, Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the City of McHenry as revised shall be amended by adding thereto the j following: j 581 a.) Wagner of Chicago and McHenry, was married to Mr. Bill Krizenecky, Jr., of Berwyn. He is the £on of Mr. and Mrs. William Krizenecky, Sr. Rev. Marron officiated at the •solemn, high mass. Miss Wagner was attended by Mrs. Donald Bauer of McHenry as matron of honor and Miss Jean O'Brien of McHenry as maid of honor and Mrs. Donald Crook of Wonder Lake, Miss Patricia , Chase and Miss Marge Carr of Chicago as bridesmaids. William Berrshein of Wheeling wais best man and groomsmen were Frank Markwart of Berwyn, Patrick Lonergran, Robert Sineni and William Sineni of Chicago as groomsmen. Two sets" of twins were included in the wedding party, Mrs. Bauer and Miss O'Brien of Mc- H&jry and the Sineni brothers. The bride was lovely in a dress of white satin with cathedral train. The dress was styled with sequin and pearl bodice, portrait neckline, long pleeves and a fingertip veil falling from a pearl tiara. She carried three white orchids and stephanotis in a cascade bouquet. Her attendants were attired "similarly in gowns of white silk •Shantung, with full skirts and scoop necklines. They, wore white, wrist length gloves, white accessories and bands of white flowers on their heads, to which were attached short veils. They had pink carnations in cascade bouquets^ Miss Wagner's grandmother, Mrs. Nellie Hickey of Chicago, wore a French lace and nylon poudre blue dress and blue accessories. She had a white orchid corsage. The groom's mother was attired in a brown and white patterned silk dress, white accessories and a white orchid corsage. Following the ceremony, an afternoon reception was held at the Drake hotel, with open house, in the evening at the bride's home. After a three-week trip to Florida and Nassau, the newlyweds will '.divide their time between 30 S. Homan, Chicago, and McHenry. The bride, attended Trinity high school, - River Forest, is a graduate of Wright Junior college and attended the University of Illinois. She has been at fashion model.
