Friends of Jimmie Cary will be sorry to learn of his recent accident at his new home in Eastwood Accident Mrs. Hiland and her daughter, Anita, were involved in an accidegt- orTSunday- May 12, about 2 in the afternoon. In turning sharply, Mrs. Hiland hit a stop sign, knocking it off^the post and slid around"in such a fashion as to hit the telephone pole and leave it at an angle. The car was badly damaged but luckily none of its occupants was injured beyond scratches and bruises.. Earel Mylroie Belford, Jr., and Christina Jane Belford, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Mrs. Crawley and Mrs. Leske took material to cew which will be turn'ed into the Pink Lady Shoppe for sale. The proceeds from the shop go to the hospital funds. x Den 3 held their regular weekly meeting on Monday after school at the home of Mrs. Fred Karmel. The boys practiced marching in anticipation of the Decoration day parade. The den had 100 per cent attendance. These included Jimmie- Kampe, Dennis Kariri&l, David Kampe, Michael Mathews, Gary Burman, Tommy Halle, Michael Hoffman, Archie Bitterman.
