Notice During the winter months nothing has been said in this column about the dogs that are allowed to run loose and destroy property and frighten some of the residents. I have it on good authority that the people of Lflymoor can and will do something about the situation. If the owners of these dogs do not,.either keep their dogs in or on a chain before the next issue I will print the name of the person who can help us clean up the problem. Now that Spring is coming I hope the owners of all the loose dogs will do something about it on their own before action is taken on the matter. You owei your neighbors that courtesy. It does not include housetrailers. The lettering must be least two inches high and color contrasting to that the vehicle. It may be painted or otherwise permanently fixed on both sides of the vehicle.
