More details in next week's issue. Sad News • Our deepest sympathy is extended to Mrs. Stanley Freund upon the loss of her father, Frank J. May of Spring Grove, who passed away recently in the. Villa Rest home, following an illness of almost four years. Sorrow struck the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Freund of Pistakee when their 10 month old daughter passed away in the Woodstock hospital last Friday. Little Yvonne had been sick just a few days and was admitted to the hospital just a few hours prior to her death. Our heartfelt sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. Freund arid their t\vo sons. Birthday Celebrations The home ,of Mr. and Mrs. George Thompson was the scene of a double birthday celebration last Sunday, April 20. The party feted Lloyd who observed his fourteenth birthday while his sister Lorraine celebrated her seventh natal day. Both the Thompson youngsters invited their own group of friends in for refreshments and the participation of various games. A beautifully decorated cake was baked special for the occasion.
