The lit-[joyed a very nice day at the Mr. and Mrs. John Beck and son and their son and daughterin- law, Mr. and Mrs. Chbrles Dietz and three children all from Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Boyce Nand children and last but not least, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Boyce. They served outdoor^barbeque and for out door sport they all dug for black dirt. Weekend guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Casey was Miss Joan Holt from Chicago, and Marge's mom and dad, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Beck. Mr. and Mrs. E. Costello entle guy weighed in at 8 lbs. 15 ozs. and has been named Michael. Anxiously waiting for him at home at 503 Willow Lane is his big sister, .who will probably think baby Mike a doll as you see she is just about 2 years old. Happy Birthdny to Billy Krater who celebrated last Monday with what was supposed to have been a hobo party but due to the bad -weather it was-spent in-doors. The children served hot dogs and all the trimmings and the birthday cake, etc. were Philip Bucaro, Raymond Barle, Jimmy Hansen, Lee Bowman, Suzy Meineke, Debbie Holas and little sister, Diane. Birthday Greetings to Donna Bucaro who celebrated her tenth birthday on July 13. She had quite a good sized party on July 15 with the following in attendance: Billy and Diane Krater, Maribn aijd Raymond Barle, Jimmy Hansen. Lp*» Bowman, her cousins from Minnesota, Carol Ann (who by the way celebrated her fenth birthday also) Johnny, Cynthia and Zenita Carlson, Sharon and Donna (last names not known), her grandmother, Mrs. Fri&la Waller from Treaver, Wis. and friends from- Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Coskey and their five children and of course her brother and sister Philly and Denise. All were serve ice cream and cake and Donna was the recipient of many beautiful gifts. home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parisi. They are going to trade children for a few days. John Costello will spend a few days here in Lakeland Park and Janice Parisi is'going to Chicago. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Koex*'- per of Lakeland Shores on the oirth of their son Lawrence Gene who came into this world a very small bundle, only 4 lbs. He was born just one year to the day after his brother, Joe. Besides these two little fellows there are two older children one boy and one girl, ages 15 and 13. Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. "Thomas Hountras celebrated their fortieth wedding anniversary. For this very special and very happy occasion the following came to help them celebrate Mr. and ^ Mrs. Downing and four children from Rosell, 111., Mr. and Mrs. Pieper, Mr. and Mrs. T. Locasio. Mr. and Mrs. J. Rathsack, Mrs. Grundy and two sbns, Mrs. Grace Haskihs, William Rathsack. and Mrs. Pollen, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Collett from Lakeland Park. All enjoyed playing shuffle board on their drive. Stork Shower This is a little late in coming in, but as the old saying goes, it's better late than never. A surprise stork shower was held for Mrs. Bucaro just about three weeks ago. Those attending and bringing those sweet little things were Mrs. Ray Burns, Rose Ann Heber,, Helen Hansen, Helen Brooks, Ceale Myers, Gloria Lambert, Rose Mary Halas, Henrietta Aherns, Meta Oilier, Elbreta Koerper and Jeanette Koerper. This will be number six for the Bucaro family.
