There were about ten couples at the d*nce. chaperoned by the Sea Scout committee. Later in the evening, refreshments were served. Wednesday evening the boys attended a first aid meet held in Crystal Lake. This Saturday and Sunctoy the boys will have their winter camp out. The whole unit is going to Huntley. We have been asked by some of the residents when we will have another barn dance. Plans are in the making and we may possibly have it in about one month. A juke box was donated to the 'teen cllib. Board Meeting The village board of Spring Grove held a special meeting on Tuesday to adopt zoning ordinances for the village of Spring Grove. GIRL SCOUTS SENIOR ^IRLS SCOUTS ' The Senior Scout troop held its meeting earlier this month Gail Johnson told us about helping at the old people's home. She spurred the girls' interest and Janet Gardner, Alice Granger, Betsy Kauss, Paule Granger, Judy Watson and Barbara Krickl volunteered to go on March 15. Mrs. Gardner furnished transportation.
