Mrs. Arthur Hansen, from. Missouri Valley. Iowa, came to «tay with the older Hansen children, while mom and dad took the babies to Parkersburg. West Va„ to stay with Mim's folks the Rev. and Mrs. H. G. Schwegler. Then Lee and Mim drove to Columbus. Ohio to go house hunting. They found a delightful home on the outskirts of Columbus and Mim -eports that the people were wonderful. On June 14 Mim. her babies -ind her sister. Judy Schwegler. drove back to Eastwood M a n o r from Parkersburg. When thev arrived home. Mrs Hansen left for Iowa. Judv will -<nv with Mim for a couple of week's. On Saturday Bill and Hannah Tlarner and Jack and Marilyn Fultz held a steak fry outside for Jody and Bill Welp. It was very good. Marie Dalton and Pat Cisewski visited Marie's friend, Marie Haupt, in Tijiley Park last week. The gals had a delightful time. Pre and Bob Lifideman attended the wedding of their nephew. Roger Brewer, and his bride. Donna, in Round Lake on June 6. It was a double celebration for it was Pre's birthday. On June 13 the Lindemans departed for Chicago where they visited with Phil and Helen Fleming. Then they spent the night at Pre's mother's home. On June 14 Pre's nephew, Michael Stephen McGrane, was christened at St. Angelo's church in Chicago; Pre is the baby's godmother. Mrs. Michael McGrane. Pre's mother, returned to Eastwood Manor with .the Lindemans. She left on Wednesday for Chicago where she and Pre went on a shripping trip, before returning to the homestead. On Monday. Jean Mersch had "a delicious dinner for Matt's mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Mersch, his great aunt, Mrs. M! Victor, and his cousin. Father Bernard Guir'sch. It was a nice day and everyone enjoyed the . visit and the food. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kinsman. Sr.. came to visit their daughter, Charmaine Pohlman and her husband. Harley. With them came Charmaine's brother. Art. Jr.. and her aunt. Ann Stersch, and cousin. Susan. They enjoyed a party in the outdoors to celebrate Charmaine's dad's birthday, before returning to Chicago. ^ Dolores and Debbie Pickett -pent from Saturday till Tuesday with friends at Fox Hills. The little lasses had • a good time, but they were tired and glad to get home again. On June 12 little Martha Simpson had a big birthday party with all her little friends attending. They came for lunch and liked it. Jim and Mike Coughlin, Pam Radner, Greg Fultz, Laurie Kellogg, ifeff Harner, and brother, Steve, joined Martha for a real indoor picnic. ATOMIC DEMONSTRATION The United States Atomic Energy commission inaugurated a nine weeks' series of lecture demonstrations on "This Atomic World" afcthe Museuhi of Science and Industry last Sunday afternoon.
