FARMERS APPROVE WHEAT MARKETING QUOtA IN COUNTY m There is no law of God or man which suggests that wealthy criminals should not pay the full- penalty for theii crimes. Only five ol the twenty-eight area farmers eligible to vote cast ballots in favor of a mi keting quota for wheat in 19E last week. The vote was unanimous. Farmers throughout the state voted 4.136 for the program and 2,760 against, in line with the national trend which gave the issue a favorable majority of more than 80 per cent. ' The balloting generally showed lack of interest among growers, as less than or^ fourth of eligible growers vmed. Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Benson expressed the view that farmers could do little but approve the program, which he described as inadequate.
