Monday, Aug. 10 the Cubs will take on the Wonder Lake Red Sox, also at the beach. Tuesday, Aug. 11 the Tigers will tangle with the Yankees at Wonder Lake. Our Cubs and White Sox will play at Wonder Lake on Wednesday, Aug. 12. Interested spectators cheering them on do much to help the boys win games. You are missing a good thing if you don't attend! Heaps of Fun Terry Fluger with the help of his mom, Elsie, entertained several of little chums on Thursday, July 23 in honor of his seventh birthday. It was a barbecue lunch which was consumed with gusto by Bobby and Gary Brand, Billy Smith, David and Diane Miller, Steve .Tusky, Terry Doran, Will Elbert. Walworth County Fair In Progress Amphitheatre reserved seats for the 109th Walworth county fair at Elkhorn Sept., 4. 5, 6and 7 will go on sale by mail order only, Monday, Aug. 17. The fair closes on Labor Day. Reserved seats are sold for the $16,400 harness racing program on Saturday, Sunday and Monday afternoons as well as for the night show. Friday is children's day, with a free grandstand afternoon and evening. The big iforse show, with new features added, will be presented afternoon and evening. This may well be the most important of your association. Our president, Tom Hanahan, vice president, John Mischke, and trustees, George Kropf and Kelly Noah, deemed it important enough to consult a lawyer on some "legal matters pertaining to our problems. They will give a full report on what they learned from this consultation. Take heed of this notice, you and only you as a property owner in Sunnyside Estates will determine the future of this association. Hence, this August meeting is a must on your summer agenda. Area Reps By now your area representative has given you the statement of your status with the association. These statements were compiled by treasurer, Joan Walczynski and Dolores Hanahan. It was quite a job and to the best of their ability they are exact but of course tHere may have been some errors. You need only to call Joan to rectify them. Also, remember your area rep is your first hand voice in the association. The one to answer your questions as best she can, so don't hesitate to call on her. July 27 after just a week's illness. She was waked in McHenry and then returned to the far south side Vacationers Three of the Voigjits were lucky kids last week as their grandparents entertained them in Chicago. Patty. Donnie and Paul spent their time going to shows, shopping in big stores, and seeing the Lincoln Park Zoo. This was their first vacation back in the city since moving here three years ago so they have really had a lot to do. And, of course, being real grandparents. Ted's folks enjoyed themselves immensely. Visiting their "country cousins" for-a few days last week, were Tommy and Jean Oelrich of Chicago. Mary and Mike Anderson treated them to some of the fun of living in Ihe country. There was never a dull moment with six kids around. Calls The phone around here iMi't constantly jangling with calls of news but we do get some from readers, a- bouquet to ihe-se people.
