Page Twenty THE McHENRY PLAINDEALER Eastwood Manor URGE RESIDENTS GIVE SUPPORT TO ASSOCIATION Lois Ryan - EV. 5-5877 Thursday, November 19, 195# Tomorrow, Nov. 20, the November Eastwood Manor Property Owner's association meeting will be held at 9 p.m. at the barn. Will you be there? This is a very important question for you to answer. If the answer is no that can mean only one thing -- you are not interested in your community. Association is just another word for community and community is where you have invested in what is probably the biggest item you will ever buy -- your home. You won't leave this home because suddenly the roads are full of holes, there are no street signs on your corner, there is no recreation center for your family, your taxes become too high. No, you won't leave your home, because you have an association to help you get the things you need to be part of a fine community and to help you with problems and to listen to your complaints and youu ideas and to do all they can to help you. The "they" mentioned are youi; neighbors who are members in good standing in your property owner's association. You can become one of the "they" by joining the EMPOA tomorrownight. Bring your neighbors to the meeting. Say hello to the old members and meet the new ones. Bring your neighbor and meet your neighbor! This is real community living.
