Your reporter, (Haze) and hubby, Dick, got Quite a jolt when they suddenly woke up at 1:30 last Wednesday morning to find their home full of smoke. Upon further investigation we found our toaster -smoking like crazy with the plastic cover melted all over it. The next half hour was spent opening windows and turning on the fans to get rid of the smoke that was already having its effects on baby Brad. We are very grateful and thank God for watching over our home and saving us from a near tragedy. As usual there are dogs still running loose and all our griping and harping on the subject seems to go right over the heads of the ones conerned. We hope, if you are the owner of a dog which is running loose, you will please tie it up or confine it to your own premises.
