In urging everyone to return their contributions for the Seals, Kinne calls attention to. the fact that the national association is suggesting that a house to house campaign be instituted if mail campaigns are unsuccessful. BLUE RIBBON MUSIC GROUPS PERFORM SUNDAY On Sunday evening, April 10, at 8 p.m., soloists and ensembles that won first plade ratings in the high school district music contest in, February will repeat their numbers in preparation for the state contest to be held in Naperville April 22 and 23. Jo Ann Freund treated the' girls of 378 to some homemade cookies. Fire and Rescue Squad Calls The men of station 2 were called out last week for a car fire. The truck was called back before they reached the scene because the fire was extinguished by the owner. The rescue squad and firemen were called out last Thursday evening to help in assisting some of the residents in nearby subdivisions affected by the rising waters. The men worked diligently to help these people in their time of need. Members of the rescue squad were called out last week to an accident * scene which involved a car accident involving three men on the Johnsburg road and Route 31. The men were taken to the hospital in 'McHenry. Sunday evening the rescue squad was called out once again when a Wonder Lake man failed to make the curve at Adams corner and Route 134.
