EV 5-0434 The stereotyped image of how women should dress at ages 25, 45 and 65 often inhibits them from expressing individual beauty in dress. Home e c o n o m i s t K a r l y n e Anspach told women at the Un'versity of Illinois Farm and Home Festival that individual beauty balances between society's stereotyped image of beauty at each age and each woman's mental image of herself. As women mature, they develop distinctive interests and hobbies. These activities of body and mind help to form body pose and facial expression-- parts of the whole "youpicture." Color sense and fashion judgment also grow keener as the years go by. Miss Anspach talked with models during the show to illustrate that each woman who dresses to express her Wisdom of years rather than her number of years creates beauty. Mother and daughter models illustrated the part that mothers play in developing dresssense in their daughters. ?
