Ronald S. Tonyan, son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Tonyan, 501 N. Park street, McHenry, recently was assigned to the 124th signal battalion at Fort Lewis, Wash. Tonyan ,a switchboard operator in the battalions Company B. entered the Army last Oci ober. The 21-.year-old soldier is a 1958 graduate of McHenry high school. NAPLES, Italy -- William J. Martinec, raidoman teaman apprentice, .U$N, son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Martinec r>: Route 5, McHenry, completed a thirteen day visit to Naples. Italy, April 27, while serving aboard the destroyer USS Du Pont operating with the U.S. Sixth Fleet in the Medit^ raned!n.
