She was chosen from ten entries in the contest, and was presented with a ten-inch inscribed trophy, a floral arrangement of red roses and white carnations, and a cash prize. The second place crown of silver seguins was placed on the head of adorable fouryear- old Barbara Goebel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Goebel, who also received a cash award and a gift of jewelry. Third place was won by Roberta Fox, the beautiful dark-eyed Okinawan youngster, who_ with her sister, Alberta. made the headlines' not too long ago when they received their citizenship papers.
