Our hearts go out in sympathy to her injured husband, Melvin, 32. and her injured children, Lynette, 9, and David, 6, who are at Sherman hospital, Elgin. The other driver after treatment for facial cuts, was held in county jail for appearance in Arlington Heights, Dec. 7. He is charged with reckless homicide, driving while under the influence 6f alcohol, driving on 1he wrong side of the road, and failure to have Illinois plates and a driver's license. The accident occurred on Illinois 19. Irving Park road, two miles east of Barrington road near Elgin. The Kruegers operated the produce farm on the north side of Illinois 120 just east of county line road. Attend Dance Mr. and Mrs. C. Erhardt attended a dance for the benefit of the Fox Lake Hills Property Owners association. Friday Marge was on her way home from the Christmas party nt Roselle. of the Epsilon Kai Rho club and was among the first to arrive at the scene of the tragic accident involving her neighbors, the Melvin Kruegers. The Troop will have to be disbanded if no cooperation is forthcoming. Officials in Girl Scouting will not continue to allow one person to handle both the Girl Scouts and Brownies. Nov. 24, found Lawrence and Marjorie Hicks in Brighton, Mass, to aittend the wedding of their daughter, Joan, to Mr. J. Daniel Khazzoom of Tel Aviv, Israel. Joan is a school teacher in Foxboro, Mass., arid met her husband at her brother Don's wedding last September. The couple plan to live in Tel Aviv when Dan receives his PH.D. He receives his Master Degree in February. We wish the couple lots of luck on their new venture. Sam, as a construction worker, is adept with concrete and is more or less responsible for the boat ramp on the channel and the slab at the beach. He served on the current nominating committee of the McHenry Shores club and is a director of the Shores Social and Athletic club and has been responsible for the children's fishing tournament these past . two years. Julia, a product of Waller High in Chicago, classifies herself as a jack of all trades and is now active on the McHenry Shores publicity committee and reports the goings ons from the centred area. Many of us will miss her as she was quite active, in church and civic affairs in and around McHenry where she resided these past years.
