Mitterling of Evanston is announced by her parents, the Roy E. Swansons of Wonder Lake. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Mitterling of Warroad, Minn. Miss Swanson, a 1959 graduate of McHenry Community high school, is now a junior at ^the Evanston Hospital School of Nursing. NEUHARTH RECENT HOSTESS AT GARDEN CLUB The November meeting of the McHenry Garden club was held at the home of Mrs. John Neuharth, Plans were made for packing Christmas stockings for patients in local county convalescent and old peoples' homes. Besides this major effort to make the holidays more cheerful for less fortunate neighbors, the club is donating generously to a fund to provide poinsettias to veterans' and children's hospitals in this area. The educational program was provided by Mrs. Neuharth, Who revealed secrets on how to. make exquisite, corsages and demonstrated her most successful method for propagating African violets. Residence Changes Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Aiilt moved recently from 309 Ann street, Edgebrook Heights, to the May cottage on John street. The place they have vacated is being occupied by Vicar Eldridge, who formerly resided at 601 Charlotte avenue, Country Club subdivision.
