Section 1. There shall b<^ a regular election of off4cers' in t h e c i t y on t h e 1 8 t h d a y o f April, 1961. Section 2. At such election, there shall be elected a mayor, three aldermen, City Clerk, Gity treasurer and police magistrate for a four-year term. ballot to be used in such election shall be in the form prescribed by statute; and it shall be the duty of the City ^ Clerk to see to the preparation of sufficient ballots for T the election, and to cause a •» sample of such ballot to be published prior to the day of election in a newspaper of general circulation published in tke city, arid to be provided tJw necessary election supplies for each voting district or ward. Section 3.
