A family dinner was served later and guests were Ann's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Eggelbrecht, sisters, Alice and Kathy. and brothers, Billy and Wally. Young Jeff Radtke was also celebrating his first birthday. Incidently, Alice came a fewdays early to help Ann with the youngsters but contracted the flu and now Ann is tending her. Visitors Lee and Gene Stamsta were happy to have her mother, Mrs. Beatrice Rosik, and sister, Pat Jensen, and son, Jeff, of Manitowoc, Wis., for a recent weekend visit. This is Irma Gunther substituting for Irene for awhile. At 1:45 a.m. Wednesday morning Irene gave birth to a son, Darryl Francis, at St. Theresa hospital. The young man weighed in at 7 lbs.. 8 ozs. Home and School At last Monday's meeting of St. John's Home and School we were all delightfully entertained by Sister Celestia's musical students. The important part of the evening was electing a new President. We are all very happy with the selection of Mary Hettermann as our new President. Katherine Fredrick did a wonderful job while she was in office, as did her officers. The corsage that Kay was wearing was given to her by the officers. It is a wonderful feeling when everyone pitches in to help and so many things are accomplished.
