AUG. 26 Jane Ducey The formal indication of the Wilder Lake post office will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, on the lawn in front of the building. Frank G. Sulewski, assistant to the regional postal 1 director, will <j;ive the address of dedication. Congressman Elmer J. Hoff- • mann will present Wonder Lake with a flag which has previously been flown over the national capitol and the post offSbe department in Washington. D. C. Master of Ceremonies, Horace Wagner, will present "the honored guests who will include Jerome Williamson, A. B. McConnell, Fern Carter Pierce, Leroy Smith, Charles (Chuck: Miller, in addition to the above. Preceding the ded i c a t i o n ceremony, a parade will form at Jhe fire house at 2:30 p.m. ann will include the Viscounts drum and bugle corps and „the Scouts of the Lake. Following the ceremony the post office will hold open house and serve refreshments and invites you to an inspection tour of the building. Sponsoring organizations for the dedication are the Kiwanis. American Legion, American Lfgion Auxiliary, Fire Department, Chamber of Commerce, and the Garden Club. Postmaster Paul Eberle has issued printed invitations to the community throughout the week. Change in Curriculum After much planning, a junio0 high type curriculum will b e i n t r o d u c e d a t H a r r i s o n school this year for the seventh and eighth grades. Students in those two grades will be assigned to a home room and will rotate for various subjects. George Guetzloff will teach science, Gordon Amundson will teach math, and Randall Jesserand will instruct in language a^s. Because the program is n" this year, there will be a meeting of parents of junior high students to acquaint the parents with the program. O'Brien, sailing John Harris s boat in the switch boat race, righted his boat to come in fourth. Don Coumbe won, sailing John Adams boat, in 1 hour. 26 minutes and 11 seconds.
