Jan. 25, Feb. 1-8, 1962) u PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Proposed Change in Schedule COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY (Public Service Company Division) hereby gives notice to the public that it -has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission on February 2, 1962, proposed changes in its Schedule E-3. The proposed changes provide lower charges to (1) residential customers using over 350 kilowatthours per month, (2> all residential and certain non-residential space heating customers, (3) uncontrolled water heating customers, and (4) most n<wi-residential customers, including governmental customers, with the principal decreases for this group affecting users of less than 2500 kilowatthours monthly. A few non-residential customers with very small kilowatthour use would pay hieher charges. The changes would also eliminate o-introlled water heating service and provide for the transfer of customers from controlled to uncontrolled service, without increases in charges.
