MCHS GOLF TEAM WINDS UP SEASON WITH 9-3 RECORD In the past \vesk the McHenry golf team won four matches to end the season with :a nine win and three loss ie- • cord. Fuhler. son of Mrs. John Fuhler, 701 Lily avenue, McHenry, has recently joined the faculty of the Adirondack, ^Community college, the Glens Falls branch of New ^ork State university, in the "ield of business administration. Mr. Fuhler is a 1952 graduate of McHenry high school, was homecoming king of that year,' and served four years in he United States Navy. He received his bachelor's and naster's degrees at Northern Illinois university in DeKalb, and at present is teaching bookkeeping and accounting. He will instruct classes in law at ihe opening of the September term. In high school, rMchard was active in sports and music. In ?ollege he was a member of »he Delta Beta Epsilon, the Accounting club, and the Newman club. Mr. Fuhler's wife (the former Pat Maher of Lakemoor) is chairman of the nominating committee of the faculty women of the Adirondack Community college. Beahler, 108 •Sunset driye, McHenry, retired recently from Commonwealth Edison company after 21 years of service. He started in 1941 as a painter in the service buildings department ind in 1957 transferred to the ;ubstation construction department. Since 1961 he had been an electrical mechanic at the "hicago-North division, 3500 N. California Ave. , Village trustee and founder of the local library, Mr. Bfiehler is president of the Mchenry Library association. He and his wife, Margaret, are Scout leaders and their daughter, Lorraine, will receive the Curved Bar, highest Girl Scout award. She is a student at McHenry Junior high school.
