Otto Kerner. The Mental Health Center for McHenry County, located in McHenry, is scheduled to receive a grant of $39,935 for their next fiscal year, July 1, 1962, to June 30, 1963. This mental health allocation comes from the Mental Health fund which is an earmarked appropriation by the General Assembly from funds collected from patients and their relatives for care instate mental institutions. In order for mental health clinics to be eligible to receive funds from the state it is necessary that they receive sub- ! stantial contributions from the | community, including individu- I als, civic organizations, business and industry. The State Department of Mental Health has recommended that the Mental Health Center for McHenry County, in order to continue their eligibility for mental health grants, secure more local funds both public and private and next month with his wife. The "adoption" has been ananged by the Foster Parents' Plan of New York City, under which the Morrisons promise to contribute each month toward the child's support for at least one year. Overproduetive skin oil gl inds can cause this condition, as can rapid body changes peculiar to this age which make skin more susceptible to bacteria. Starches, fatty foods and sweets encourage acne, while a diet high in vitamins is probably beneficial. Important in helping to curb this condition is sufficient rest, proper elimination, reasonable skin care, proper food, ^outdoor exercise and use of external medication ' with a record of beneficiall results.
