Angurf 9.1962 !?l/ Lilymoor Hawaiian Luau Saturday Night Shirley Schaerr This Saturday, Aug. 11, is the big evening for the Lilymoor association's luau. It will start at 6 p.m. It will be held on the beach in back of Club Lilymoor. Come dressed in your Hawaiian costume tiif just the way you want and have a good time. Admission is free, refreshments will be sold. The proceeds of'l the refreshments will go toward the upkeep of the roads of our subdivision. Reminder This coming Tuesday, Aue 14, is the monthly meeting of the Lilymoor association at 8 p.m. Have you paid your second half of your dues. It was due as of July 1. Sorry to hear of your accident Ruth and hope your finger is well on the road to healing fast Guests Sunday, July 22, was a full and buzzing day at the Polinski home. Herb and Marge entertained several guests with a lawn party and boating on the Fox River. Guests were Herb's mother, Mrs. M. Gruenke of Chicago, brother and sister-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. L. Polinski, and six children of Waukegan. Also Herb's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. W. Urban, and two children of Chicago. On Friday, July 27, Herb and Marge and Marge's brother-inlaw and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Blonar of Barrington, made a trip into Chicago to see the Worlds Trade Fair. They saw all the different displays from all the countries at the fair. Also attending the fair with them were Mr. Blonar's sister and brother-in-law from Winnipeg, Canada. A1 and Pearle Stineman had ten guests Sunday, July 29. All had a good time -eating - out doors. Harry and Lil Neumann's guest for two weeks was their niece, Pat Neumann, of Chicago. Also a guest of theirs was Lil Wijas's niece, Janice Gasinski of Chicago. The girls had a lovely time at the Neumanns. They returned to Chicago Thursday, Aug. 2. Shirley Schuerr and foiir of her Indians paid a surprise visit at her sisters, Mrs. Jean Jacobson, of Wildwood subdivision Monday, July 30. OnVacation Miss Sharon Neumann is spending ttoo weeks in Chicago visiting her grandmother, cousin and friends.
