Marine Graduates Our family is quite thrilled with the arrival of our Marine son's graduation certificate from the Marine Corps. David's certificate reads as follows: "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS, This is to certify that Private First Class, David O. Druml has successfully completed the course of instruction prescribed by the Commanding General, Third Marine Division, Fleet Marine Force for Communications Center Course. Given at Division Schools." The certificate is signed by Major General J. M. Masten, Commander. Needless to say we're very proud of our son. He has been assigned to Camp Sukiran which is located near Naha and at the other end of Okinawa from where he was attending school. His working hours are 12 hours long but he enjoys his type of work very much. 1; Michael Jensen turns 11; and Lee Hulbert turns 7. Also sharing this date is John Johnson. We hope all your wishes become reality and that you share many, many more years of wedded bliss. School Children We have been asked to please say something about the youngsters conduct while waiting for busses. Children have been caught hanging on to the backs of moving school busses, they dash back and forth across the roads without taking time to look to see if a car may be coming, they line up on both sides of the roads, placing books and lunches on the roads not seeming to care that it leaves no room for cars to pass. Stone throwing is also in progress, as is pushing and fighting. Parents, talk to your children now before it's too late and an accident takes place. Hope You're Feeling Better Our very best wishes in the get-well department this week again go to Paul Schwegel, hope you'll soon be home, Paul. Also hope Joe Prazak's finger that had to be lanced last week is very much improved, sure going to make it difficult on Joe's bowling. Kenny Prazak's hand was sprained and not broken as was feared, we're all glad for you Kenny so you can continue your freshman football at McHenry high. Our very best goes also to little Stevie Wickenkamp, we hope he's had his share for quite some time to come. Our best wishes also go to John Koch who is recuperating from a tonsillectomy.
