We would pray that each of us would remember the first Thanksgiving when the pilgrims sat down for their feast of thankfulness for a successful crossing and a bountiful harvest. They shared their hard won "goodies" with the natives who, in turn, brought donations for the festive board. They demonstrated brotherhood in the truest sense of the word. We have progressed a long way since that time--or-- have we? At any rate, we have a traditional RED, WHITE, and BLUE holiday ahead--one which originated in this country and can be preserved only by us. Let us all prove it by flying "Old Glory" on this very American holiday and truly thank God for our many blessings. Cullom-Knoil Board Melting As decided at the last meeting of the Cullom-Knoll Association the executive board will convene next Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the beachhouse. They will continue to meet the first Tuesday of each month, until the regular scheduled meeting of the entire organization in May. This was by direction of the president, Roger Kinsey.
