We Asked Some Folks Who Live In Ladd Homes; See Their Happy Answers One of the best ways to find out about a place to live is to ask the folks who live there. "What about this Ladd outfit?" Robert A. Wilcox, who has lived in the Crystal Lake area 25 years, says: "I sincerely believe customers get more for their money in Conventry and fiom Ladd's than any other p]ace, new or used. "My wife and I agree that moving to Coventry two years ago was one of the smartest things we've ever done. The sales staff has always been friendly and cooperative. It certainly is true that 'neighbors are friends.' " One other comment, as an example: . The Steve ZoJis< hav.e lived,, in their Ladd home for two ; years and love their selection of Lie Berkshire colonial model. i Summarizes Steve: "An- • other selling feature of our home was the courteous and unhurried attention we received from everyone in the Ladd organization. We had many questions which I'm sure were well-worn but after we left the sales office, we were both satisfied and happy with our choice." Yes, Ladd's tries hard to please. Our salesmen enjoy their j work and do get a thrill when, someone chooses a Ladd home in which to live. They know tr.ot they will be • satisfied, and cu.r entire staff aims to please after you become a; i^acki resident, too! Ladd's Opens... Including the 80-foot by 125-foot lots, the Salem sells for $19,950 and the Concord sells for $18,850. Jeffrey Ladd, treasurer of the company, today pointed out an important benefit when buying from Ladd's. He said all types of financing are readily available--FHA, Veteran's Administration, and conventional loans. "This factor is so important in the purchase of any home. And it is one which enables us to sell so many. Because of our tremendous volume, we are able to 'buy' financing money much cheaper than individuals because we can offer guaranteed volume in return."
