'Fashion Plus Function' Is Coed Motto "Fashion with function" is the motto of back-to-college girls. It's intended for a look of completeness, and a look planned to provide many looks, through the skillful switching of wardrobe basics. The sloppy look has long disappeared from the campus picture, and the well-groomed, smoothly put-together look is in, points out Wilbur Daniels, executive secretary of the National Board of the Coat and Suit Industry.
