A lovely Christmas program was put on following a delicious luncheon Barbara Meurer attended a company Christmas party last Thursday evening. She came home with a very special prize. I had quite a wonderful ex perience during the past week. It's been quite a long, long time since we've had anyone seeing Santa at our home so getting to witness Mary and Margie Becker's visit with him was a very wonderful way to spend my time. Couldn't think of a thing I've enjoyed rhore in a long, long time. The faith and excitement of the young is something that we older people should try to remember. A regular safari took place and after quite a list of bedlam and furniture moving there was just one very departed |ield mouse. Guess we can now call Gloria "Great White Hunter", all field mice take warning. Mick Daurio was guest of honor last week for his 15th birthday. Enjoying his cake were his parents, Mary and Jim, his two brothers, Jimmy and Tommy, and Ed, Dennis and Kevin Druml. Tommy has been on the sick list, hope those swollen glands are much better by now. It is a storehouse of spiritual values. Without a . strong church, neither democracy nor civilization can survive. There are four sound reasons why every person should attend services regularly and support the - church. They are: (1) For his own sake. (2) For his children's sake. (3) For the sake of his community and nulion. (4) For the sake of the church itself, which needs his moral and material support. Plan to go to church regularly and read your Bible daily.
