Decorate it for birds with popcorn and cranberry strings from tree decorations-- or small pieces of suet and birdseed balls (you can buy them at supermarkets). You do have a FIREPLACE? Well, it probably worked overtime during the holidays and needs a good cleaning. Dampen ashes to hold down dust while shoveling into bucket or trap.: Vacuum all around with dusting brush. Clean smoked areas with scrub brush and strong solution of trisodiumphosphate-- or with paste made of concentrated ammonia and powdered pumice. Let paste remain for 2 hours, then scrub off with hot water and soap, fn either case, rinse well and let dry. -Happy firesiding! Give this tip to someone who received one of those premarked OIL PAINTING CANVASES for Christmas: Usually the paints come, in little capsules which are difficult to insert brushes in. But it will be a lot easier if each color is emptied into a pop bottle cap jfrom which cork liner has been removed. If you bought TOO ® MUCH MINCEMEAT and don't know what to do with it--or if you're just a mincemeat fan--try this delicious hot sundae. Mix 1 cup mincemeat, Vs mmuhmtatm chopped nuts, Vs cup orange juice, hi cup dark corn syrup and % cup b)-owTi sugar together until firmly packed. Let stand overnight. Simmer gently 10-15 minutes before serving. Without f strong Church, neither democracy nor civilization can survive. Hiov are four sound reasons why evtry person should attend services regularly and support the Church. Utey are: (1) For his own sake. (2) For his children's sake. (3) For the atka of his community and nation. (4) For the sake of the Church itseM, which needs his moral and materiel support.
