We started off by the flag ceremony which was carried out by Pamela CHalleran and Deborah Summer and Pamela Jones. Then ten candles were lighted, each representing one law. Then Mrs. Henry Garn lit three candles, which represented the three parts of the promises. Then badges and pins were handed out to the girls.
