In announcing the 8p.m. meeting to outline the service, Ervin Walters, president of the M:- Henry Count}' Farm Bureau, said this new service can provide a mijor aid to farmers in areas of farm records, tax management, rural appraisal and farm business analysis. Agricultural Business Service company, an affiliate of the Illinois Agricultural association, has hired Norman Specht, well-known in this county through his work in this area of •i farm management counseling, to serve as fieldman for farmers in McHenry county and in six other counties where the County Farm Bureaus are cooperating to speed this service here.
