The new niother was also there and kept a close watch on proceedings. This is normal procedure in case any of the animals are coming down with something so that the rest of the herd will stay healthy. They toured a building that is being constructed with a controlled atmosphere to be used in the summer for cattle. The farm has its own doctor's office for the stock and they were shown pills the size of circus peanut candy and how they are given. They saw chickens and a goat and then the kids climbed up into the hayloft. The troop really enjoyed the visit to Shamrock Farm and so did the moms who drove tHeiivthere^ 'Tliey Brooks, Mrs. Schooley, Mrs. Margaret Hansen and Mrs. Rebel, besides the leaders, Mrs. Humphries and Mrs. Hansen.
